Skaters must first become athletes in order to become accomplished in their sport is the philosophy-driving Champion Sports Advantage. If they have the necessary strength, stamina, speed, power, agility and movement capabilities it will allow them to become more athletic, which in turn will help them to become better skaters on the ice. This is accomplished through sound exercise technique, hard work, dedication and getting into the gym to lift weights.
