Skaters must first become athletes in order to become accomplished in their sport is the philosophy-driving Champion Sports Advantage. If the skaters have the necessary strength, stamina, speed, power, agility, mobility, flexibility and movement capabilities it will allow them to become more athletic. This in turn will help them to become better skaters on the ice. This is accomplished through sound exercise technique, hard work, dedication and getting into the gym to lift weights. In classes, the athletes will learn just how far they can push themselves.
