Champion Sports Advantage offers Off-Site Workshops for skating clubs, facilities and coaches who are interested in off-ice and on-ice training for their skaters. In our Workshops, we offer both “hands-on” demonstrations and lectures giving skaters, coaches and skating parents the necessary information to provide greater depth into off-ice and on-ice training. There are many various topics offered based on the needs of the athletes the Workshop is being held for.

Information about our Specialty Workshops

We offer numerous Workshops throughout the season at the facility we train our athletes in Willowbrook, Illinois for those both within our Strength Training Programs as well as those who are interested in learning more about our methodologies. We offer various speciality Workshops throughout the season as well as our yearly “Exercise Testing” and “Getting the Jump Series” Workshops.

We also offer Coaches-Based Workshops, which are designed by coaches based on the needs of their skaters. These Workshops can range from off-ice training, on-ice power training and heart rate testing as well as can be held at the facilities we train athletes as well as off-site facilities. These Workshops are a great opportunity for coaches to get some specialized training for their students.
