November 7, 2007 - Exercise Testing and Orthopedic Screening

 

Thank you to all of you that attended our first Exercise Testing and Orthopedic Screening on October 27, 2007. The skaters all performed so well and we started the process of collecting data in hopes of finding out more about the typical figure skater. All information has been sent out or will be handed out in your Strength Training Class. Look back in the next couple weeks for our article about the findings from the testing.
