March 17 - Congratulations to Athletes at Gletscher Cup 2008

 

Congratulations to Lauren Nieman, who placed third, and Noelle Sereis, who placed fifth, this past week at Gletscher Cup 2008 in Grindelwald, Switzerland. Both of you have worked so hard and we are proud of you for your accomplishments.

 

March 16 - "Is It Really that Important to Warm-Up?"

 

Just added is an article explaining the importance of warming-up before an off-ice workout, practice or competition as well as a list of exercises that can be utilized in a warm-up routine.

March 13 - Exercise Testing & Orthopedic Screening

 

On April 27, 2008 Champion Sports Advantage will be offering their second Exercise Testing & Orthopedic Screening of the the season. This is an excellent seminar to for skaters to be tested in the areas of muscular power, exercise technique and speed/agility/quickness as well as have an Orthopedic Screening.
