Strength Training Exercise of the Month
The purpose of the Exercise of the Month is to provide readers information in regards to exercises that we utilize to train our athletes. It is our goal to bring more information in regards to strength training to the sport of Figure Skating. One thing that you will not find in this section is the rationale behind the utilization of these exercises in regards to program design.
A new exercise will be added the first week of each month. If you have any questions in regards to the exercises, please do not hesitate to contact us.
