Strength Training Exercise of the Month
The purpose of the Exercise of the Month is to provide readers information in regards to exercises in which we utilize to train our athletes. It is our goal to bring more information to strength training to the sport of figure skating. One thing you will not find in this section is the rationale behind the utilization of these exercises in regards to program design due to the fact this information depends on the strength training level, needs and goals of an athlete that is determine on an individualized basis within our Strength Training Program.
