November 2009 Exercise of the Month
Rationale Behind Utilization of the Ab Rollout:
The Ab Rollout is an excellent exercise to develop upon the abdominals. However it should only be utilized by advanced athletes due to its level of difficulty. This is not an exercise for the week since many struggle with keeping a flat back (especially in the lower back) when attempting to do this exercise. With core strength being such a necessity in any sport, this is an exercise that requires a great deal of abdominal strength as well as shoulder strength to successful attempt this exercise.
