Strength Training Program

Structured within the Strength Training Program, there are two options to enable the athlete to participate. An athlete can either do Group Classes, a Home Program, or a combination of the two. It is highly recommended skaters attend at least two Strength Training Classes per week to properly increase athletic development. The two Strength Training Classes per week allow the athlete to work on enhancing athletic development faster by being able to accomplish more training for the skater's individualized needs. If schedules do not permit, however, one class is still beneficial.
